Subscription Terms

How Boro PM subscriptions are billed, renewed and cancelled.

Plans and prices

Boro PM is sold by subscription, per user, at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable sales tax. Each user may use Boro PM on one computer at a time. Paddle processes payments and appears on your statement.

Automatic renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Price and additional users

The standard subscription is $100 per month including one user, plus $2 per month for each additional user. You can add or remove users at any time, and Paddle prorates the change.

Free trial (founding firms)

Founding-firm subscriptions, offered by invitation, include the first month free. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins and you are charged when the trial ends.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and Boro PM keeps working until then. Your job data stays on your computers, and you can export it at any time from Settings > Backups.

Changes

We may change prices or plan features with at least 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next renewal after the notice period; if you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.

No liability beyond the License Agreement

Your use of Boro PM is governed by the Boro PM License Agreement, including its assumption of risk, release and hold harmless, limitation of liability and indemnity. Paying for a subscription does not increase Revivo Design LLC's liability beyond what that agreement provides, and you use Boro PM at your own risk.
